Santa Barbara Resources Limited was formed in March, 2007 to engage in the business of the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties in Latin America. Its objective is to locate, define and ultimately develop economic mineral deposits. The Company completed its Initial Public Offering on July 7, 2010 and began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on July 9, 2010 under the trading symbol "SBL".

The Company's focus in 2011 is to conduct a follow-up drill program on the Sancos project, conduct exploration on the Antalla and Surapata projects all in Peru and conduct exploration on the San Francisco project in Chile.
